Nothing operates a small number of permanent and temporary retail locations and pop-up spaces, which serve both commercial and community functions, and are used for retail services, product launches, Community events and early-access product drop events.

Nothing Store Soho is Nothing's first permanent retail store, located in Soho, London, England. Opening in December 2022, the store functions as a primary physical retail presence in London and a community hub. The store stocks both Nothing and CMF by Nothing products and accessories, as well as Nothing Apparel and a few products from Teenage Engineering. Outside of day to day retail sales and services, the store regularly hosts product launch events, limited drop sales and community events and meetups.^[1]

Nothing Store Bengaluru is Nothing's first permanent retail location outside of the UK, based in Bengaluru, India and is now the flagship store. Opening in February 2026, it features a modular design for different demands such as retail sales and community events. Customers can find both Nothing and CMF by Nothing products and accessories in store, official merchandise and Nothing Apparel, which can be customised in-store. It also features a coffee shop and community content studio and as hosted a variety of events, such as the Phone (4a) drop event.^[2]

Before Nothing opened any permanent retail locations, it operated some pop-up style product launches in the Nothing Kiosk. The kiosk has appeared in Covent Garden in London, England twice, and made an international trip to New York City for the launch of Phone (2).^[3]

Outside of first-party retail locations, Nothing has also hosted a number of social and product drop events in retail partner stores around the world. These types of events are usually announced on Nothing's Community Platforms and feature opportunities to get hands on with devices, make purchases and receive limited edition merchandise.^[4]

Nothing employs over 900 employees globally with offices in London, San Francisco, Tokyo, Shenzhen, New Delhi and Bangkok.^[5] Their current headquarters is located in King’s Cross, London. It was previously the main office of Heatherwick Studio, a British design and architecture studio whose works Carl Pei has spoken highly of. The studio was revealed as Nothing’s new HQ during the Phone (4a) introductory video in January 2026 with plans to move into the office within Q1. Carl also mentioned that Nothing were looking to open a location in Tokyo and the US.^[6]

Before moving into their current HQ, Nothing's London operations were conducted out of a WeWork office in Paddington, followed by an office space in Farringdon. They were based out of their Farringdon office for around 10 months before moving to another space. Rob cited a number of reasons to move out including upkeep and lack of temperature control.^[7] Carl described their latest office as a lawyer corporate-esque office that didn't feel on brand, before moving into the former Heatherwick Studio. They also have a separate design studio, which was also a former satellite office of Heatherwick Studio.^[6]

Outside of London, Carl mentioned that Nothing were planning to open a studios-slash-store in San Francisco later this year, as well as one in New York.^[5] On 4 April 2026, he posted a job opening for their San Francisco Store Manager position after signing a lease.^[8]
